Yes I know, those colors don't really exist as a setting but I really wanted for the setting to 'pop' further more than usual.
The next set of images will include all the memories that happened in that living room.
I wish to put more but my living room space is smaller than what I thought I was able to have on it. These memories where going to be placed in different parts of the living room with a legend mentioning what those memories included. If you can think of it, the living room would look like a google map when you try and search for places on street view and the information (of said place) comes up.
[update]
I actually feel like putting the legend as a whole with all the memories on the main image instead of having them next to every image. The look and feel of it made the whole thing look too busy and was taking over the colors of the living room photo.
Here is the final image for this project but please be aware that I was struggling to fit the legend in and therefore left it out. I will ask the class to see if there's any opinions on what to do.
A) Capu was inaugurated to the JLA (Justice League of America) by me in 2002, he was only 11 years old. He actually made my world a lot better when things seemed to cave in, I stole the cape from my older brother whom was proud to admit his biggest hero was Superman. My grandmother from Mexico actually made the cape by hand, I also had one but was purple. If you want to know I think Capu didn't want to have the cape for long because he actually peed on it haha, that dog was amazing.
B) Edward is the youngest of the Frutis gang and he actually became my little minion ever since I can remember. On here though we both sat next to each other and I was in kindergarten and learning to improve my reading in spanish. I was reading my book "La Cucaracha Correlona" and that's where Ed decided to ask me if I can teach him how to read in spanish. I know I didn't know everything about it but heck I never could deny him anything. As we where sitting on the couch we both butchered the language but had a blast learning about a cockroach running for fun. By the way he wasn't raised fluent in spanish since school was changing and leaving behind bilingual classes, he was forced to an all english fluent class. Now at the age of 23 he has trouble with spanish but understands and tries his best to use it.
C) Spider Monkey, is one of the funnest cats to ever have in my life. For some reason this cat loves the living death out of me and hates everyone else that gets near him. That means that my family wasn't able to get near him and pet him without being slapped. The reason he's been put here is because he was my first cat, mother never liked them and was allergic to cats. Though my minion brother and I convinced her to keep him because he was abandoned by his mother in a tall crate. My mother was forced to get use to her allergies hehe. But no one knew that in those chubby cheeks evil brewed upon. Therefore my family decided to inaugurated him in LoD (The Legion of Doom, the opposite of JLA). My brothers and everyone else decided to nickname him Chairman Meow the evil dictator.
D) Lastly, the image of the box comes from when I was younger and how intrigued I was with photography. At the age of ten I was able to use my first disposable camera, the camera is still around but never developed (lost for sure). I was so bewildered in capturing the moment that through out the years I was able to master my skills learned from a view finder. Though at times I was chased by my family in not taking their photos, the thrill of getting them on film made it the a lot more fun. I must admit I never thought that photography was going to become an important part of my life. I can't stand not being able to come up with different ideas and compositions to make photos.
